✨✨I am practicing out of #113 - 785 Station Ave in Langford ✨✨

There is 3-hour free parking in the lot across the street along Station Ave (this lot is one-way with the lot’s entrance closer to the Veterans Memorial Pkwy/BC-14 W end of Station Ave).

There are also 2-hour free parking spots in bays on the same side of the street as the clinic on Station Ave (it is easiest to access these spots when coming from Meaford Ave -> Peatt Rd onto Station Ave).

If I have treated you between July 2020 and the present, I will have access to your chart notes.

Menstruating at the time of your appointment? No problem at all - your period doesn’t affect assessment or treatment in any way. It’s a natural part of life, and you’re welcome to attend as planned, or reschedule if you’d feel more comfortable another day.

Since 2010, my work has focused on the management and treatment of pelvic floor, abdominal, uro-gynecological and lumbopelvic dysfunctions.

If you are experiencing any of these conditions, or if you have concerns (e.g. pain, or discomfort) in the pelvic/core regions, then I am here to support you. You will receive clear, actionable guidance to improve your quality of life.

Looking back on my life, I can see the thread that is woven through all of my experiences and passions. Facilitating and leading others to create connection and belonging, bringing ease to others, and supporting the whole person (not just assessing and treating physical concerns or dysfunctions) gives rise to deep healing, and I am honoured to hold this space in my physiotherapy practice.

When I am not supporting clients, you can find me spending time with my three kids, dancing up a storm at Dance Temple, connecting with my community, and advocating for marginalized groups and healthy sexuality.
